DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Orders shipped within the United States and weighing less than one pound are shipped via First Class mail unless you choose Priority during checkout. Orders over one pound are shipped via Priority Mail. Orders are assumed to be missing three weeks and one day from their posted ship date.
DOMESTIC TAXES & FEES
Orders placed within California will be subject to an 8.25% state sales tax. As a California based corporation we are required to charge this tax even for online sales. State sales tax applies even to orders that originate in California but are shipped out of state.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & FEES
- We can NOT mark your package as a 'gift' or 'sample' to help you avoid taxes. To do so is a violation of US Customs Laws and we can face a serious fine and other penalties.
- In most cases ordering from the US will not exempt you from any VAT or Sales Taxes in your country. Expect to be taxed on your side of the border.
- International orders are not subject to US taxes.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Secret Weapon resin products purchased directly from secretweaponminiatures.com are eligible for a return if they are in a new, unused state -- including, but not limited to, being free of primer, glue, pins, paint, etc. -- provided that the return request is made within 30 days of placing your order.
Product that has been used may be eligible for our Trade-In Program.
Non-resin products, including but not limited to Secret Weapon Scenics, Weathering Pigments, or Washes, may be returned if they are unopened, and unused.
Third party products, including Juweela Scenics, or paint brushes, may only be returned if they are damaged or defective.
You may request a full refund, less the cost of shipping. As shipping is a fixed expense incurred at the time that your order was placed, it will not be refunded.
